1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using AbyssTap you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract. One account per person is permitted. Accounts created from the same IP address as an existing account may be blocked.

3. Rewards and payouts

Rewards are credited in the cryptocurrency selected in your account settings and sent to the email address registered with your payout provider. Payout amounts, limits and cooldowns are published on the site and may be changed at any time. Payouts may be reviewed manually before being sent.

4. Prohibited activity

• Using VPNs, proxies, emulators, automation, bots or scripts.
• Creating multiple accounts or sharing accounts.
• Exploiting bugs, abusing offer providers or submitting fraudulent completions.
• Any activity that violates applicable law.

5. Account suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account and withhold rewards in case of suspected fraud, abuse or violation of these terms.

6. Availability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that third-party offer providers will remain available.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AbyssTap shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the service.

8. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
